Simon lives in Mallorca with his journalist wife, Mandy, and their two daughters Jade and Kara.

Simon and Mandy first visited the island on a sailing holiday in 1995 and fell in love with the combination of island living and the more sophisticated, cultural city life of Palma. The family moved to the island in 2004.

Between 1997 and 2004 he held key senior executive positions in both Africa and Europe with a global direct selling corporation.

Simon obtained a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences degree from University of South Africa (UNISA) and has an MBA from Stellenbosch University, South Africa’s leading business school. He has participated at several global strategy management training programs, including, Thunderbird University.

Simon is a keen sailor and mountain biker and enjoys playing tennis and golf when the time allows him to.

Jason has over 8 years experience in the real estate industry. He lives in Es Capdella with his wife Jesca and son Alexander. Before moving to Mallorca he lived in Bath, UK where he had a successful career in marketing and advertising. He was a founding Director of a new media marketing agency in the late 90’s, an exciting time to be involved in the internet and that took him frequently to the USA and into Europe, laying the foundations for his eventual move to Mallorca.

In the early to mid 90’s he spent five years working with the UK’s largest corporate estate agent. Starting as a junior negotiator he eventually left the company as one of the youngest branch managers in the country. He moved to the island in July 2003, joining a prominent estate agent in Portals Nous where he was manager for two years. He and Simon formed bluebird CAPITAL in August 2005.

Jason is a passionate cyclist and has taken part in several of the island's road races. When he is not cycling or gardening, he and Jesca enjoy pottering around in their boat.
