Carlos J. Bestard Gorman holds dual nationality, was born in Mallorca and educated in England. He has a background in Civil Engineering and is a graduate in Construction Management Studies from the University of Greenwich. Carlos has worked as a Site Engineer on several prestigious multi-million pound construction projects for clients in the UK such as Esso and Mowlem. He also successfully Project Managed complex refurbishment projects for the John Lewis Partnership PLC throughout the UK. He is Member of Chartered Institute of Building (ICIOB) UK, Member of Association of Project Management (MAPM) – UK. and a member of the Asociación Balear Asesores Inmobiliarios (ABAI).

Carlos lives in Calvia and is a keen diver and photographer. His company, Inmobiliaria Bestard was founded 1990 as Community Administrators and currently represents over 1,300 property owners on the island.

Susannah was born and raised in Mallorca by Danish parents, so she has an extensive knowledge of the island and its people and is fluent in Spanish, English and Danish. She lives in Pto. de Andratx where she grow up. Besides Mallorca, she has also lived in Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Denmark and California, where she did social work and studies.

She has a passion for architecture, drawing and interior design, and everything related to this field and has recently finished a course in real estate. She has completed a course in architecture and drawing at Copenhagen Teknisk skole, and a Diploma as a florist from Roskilde Teknisk skole in Denmark. Having an artist background, she has also studied in a private art school in Palma de Mallorca and was able to have a few small exhibitions of her own paintings. Susannah loves travelling and sailing. When she is not busy helping other people to find their new home on the island, she travels for inspiration.

Susannah deals with sales enquiries and administration within Best of Balearics and bluebird CAPITALS's associated projects, using her languages she is able to assit a wide range of nationalities.
