Investors

We invite investors to participate in a project with minimum and maximum investments ranging from 100.000€ to the full equity requirement respectively.

Our goal is to achieve a Return on Equity invested between 20% and 30% on an annualised basis. Our target on the gearing of the project is between 50% and 70% and this depends on the nature of the project. This puts us in a stronger position to maximise equity return for our investors.

We continually look to improving our relationships with local banks and financiers in order to secure long-term business partnerships and preferred rates and terms. Through our relationships with banks, the cash requirement for a project is reduced and geared via borrowing at preferred rates, thus maximising investor return.

Return on Equity is paid upon completion of the sale of the unit/s and project costs have been finalised and audited.
